Boys in the Boat with Nicole Klein

The fantastic book The Boys in the Boat has been turned into a major motion picture directed by George Clooney. The story takes place in our backyard and has put the University of Washington’s rowing program on the map in a big way. We are thrilled to welcome Nicole Klein, Capital Campaign Manager University of Washington, Dept of Recreation to the Swedish Club, on February 1, when she will talk about the Boys in the Boat and the UW Boathouse renovation.

Nicole Klein

Nicole Klein was raised in Coos Bay, Oregon and is a double graduate of the University of Oregon with her BA in Art History and Political Science and an MA in Museum Administration.
