Poetry night is back at the Swedish Club!
In between the poetry readings, we will have two of the best, most entertaining accordion players in the Northwest. Hailing from The Netherlands, the inimitable Jet Black Pearl spent many years in France before settling in Portland, Oregon. Jet is a creator of alternative worlds filled with surreal humor and wry observations. With her loop station, she records grooves and layers of flute, vocal percussion, and harmonies while squeezing one hot accordion.
Squeezebox genius and piano player Mike Danner joins in with his infinite charm and a catalog of originals and standards that often get the crowd singing along. You haven’t lived until you’ve heard his version of Benny and the Jets on accordion.

3-Course meals and wine pairings are available by reservation ONLY. Reservations are available until Thursday 5/25 at 5 PM. A la carte options will be available for walk-ins.
