Anne Jenner is the current Board chair of the Swedish-American Historical Society and has served as board member since 2007. Professionally, she is the curator of the Pacific Northwest Collection at the University of Washington Libraries Special Collections. Anne earned an M. A. in Scandinavian Languages and Literature at UW before embarking on a career as a university instructor and librarian/archivist and receiving an M. L. I. S. from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Her interest in Sweden and Swedish America began in high school when she spent a year as an exchange student in Uppsala.
